After a recent d-u, I found that gedit had been removed. So I did a test install and got this:
Zitat:
root@knx:/home/rp# apt-get -s install gedit
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
python-gnome2-desktop python-pyorbit
Suggested packages:
python-gnome2-desktop-doc
The following packages will be REMOVED:
python2.4-pyorbit
The following NEW packages will be installed:
gedit python-gnome2-desktop python-pyorbit
0 upgraded, 3 newly installed, 1 to remove and 36 not upgraded.
Remv python2.4-pyorbit [2.0.1-3]
Inst python-pyorbit (2.0.1-5 Debian:unstable)
Inst python-gnome2-desktop (2.14.0-3 Debian:unstable)
Inst gedit (2.14.4-2 Debian:unstable)
Conf python-pyorbit (2.0.1-5 Debian:unstable)
Conf python-gnome2-desktop (2.14.0-3 Debian:unstable)
Conf gedit (2.14.4-2 Debian:unstable)
Since I like and use gedit, will doing this create any other problems?
