| I'm hoping ivtv-0.8.0 will be added, as I have not noticed it in 2.6.18-kanotix-1 (I have not checked 2.6.18-kanotix-2), but from ivtvdriver.org's debian repositories vers0.8.0 is not available. I will contact ivtvdriver.org for this (hopefully others will too <I'm not good at compiling deb packages>) . I have noticed however that tda9887 is NOT in the kernel I'm using (2.6.18-kanotix-1). This basically makes the ivtv driver useless, as most of the cards that require the ivtv driver also need tda9887. |
