Booting the live CD for Kanotix-Easter-2006-RC4 I can access the Internet through my ADSL. However when I install Kanotix-Easter-2006-RC4 onto a partition on my hard drive I cannot access the Internet. I am curious as to what is different and, as a practical matter, would like to know what needs to be done in the hard drive installation to be able to access the Internet.
Any info would be much appreciated. Rick |

netcardconfig
and select DHCP. |
