I am looking for a new computer, on which I hope to install Kanotix to the hard drive, dual-booting with WinXP. My old computer is just too slow, and the Libranet I installed is, alas, no longer supported. I have found Kanotix to be a great replacement.
I have the opportunity to buy a one-year old Dell Dimension with dual 3GHz Pentium 4 processors, two 500-Gig hard drives, and 3 Mb of RAM. It's kind of a strange configuration, one that I am not used to . Would anyone anticipate any problems with installing/runnin Kanotix from hard drive on this machine?
